The purpose of this study was to organize agency, consider agency from the theory of research- ers, and propose classes for nurturing agency. Agency is the capacity to set a goal, reflect and act re- sponsibly to effect change. Agency is required to acquire, own, and activate. At the same time, agency is able to learn. So I found that I could study at school. The learning conditions are premised on an en- vironment where you can decide for yourself. In addition, the learner is given “responsibility,” “author- ity,” and “initiative.” Learners form agency through the creation of learning activities. Also, “responsi- bility” is important for an agency. Learners need to be responsible not only for their own decisions, but also for others and society. A valid class is an “assessment as learning” class. Positioning assessment as a learning activity. By doing so, the learner also assesses the quality of the creation of the learning ac- tivity. This makes it possible for the agency to learn responsibility. |
