This study pro- poses a P.E. classes design based on the perspective of ”KOTO”. By referring ”KOTO” idea, teachers can, provide a whole play experience rather than skill training classes, and organize the order of how teachers design classes. Because of the consideration, it is revealed that the following three points were required to provide the P.E. classes, (1) What every player is playing over in each sport. (2) Who expected to play.
