 note = {We provide an example of how the 'Nutrition Education Model Core Curriculum' is 
integrated into the competency-based curriculum of a junior college. In this paper, our focus 
is on Learning Objectives 'A,' which outlines the essential qualities and skills required of 
nutritionists. We examine subject groups, encompassing both general education subjects and 
non-designated specialized subjects, to evaluate the educational impact on Objectives 'A.' 
Furthermore, we objectively assessed the quality assurance of nutritionist education by 
comparing the learning outcomes assessment system based on the Diploma Supplement with 
another junior college.},
