 note = {This study aims to examine the outcomes of the recurrent education program that the
University Consortium in Saga has been engaged in for a decade. We were able to collect
different opinions about this educational program from 14 graduates who had completed the
program in previous years. Their responses indicated the issues to be addressed in future
training, including structuring lecture content to incorporate practical themes and improving
the learning environment by utilizing the on-demand resources.},
