In this survey, we collected basic data such as the number of children enrolled and their types of disabilities; the teacherʼs job title, total years of teaching experience, and years of teaching experience in special needs classes; whether or not the teacher has a license for special needs instruction, and whether or not the teacher is in charge of a special needs education coordinator; as well as items related to teaching special needs classes. Of 149 teachers in charge of special needs classes at elementary schools in Saga City, 65 responded to the survey.
