In this activity, students are involved in the entire process of menu planning, ordering ingredients, cooking, serving customers, and publicity. A questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the implementation of “Petit La Santé” in order to understand the impact of this activity on students' awareness of attitudes as a nutritionist.
